Yasmine was very honest and thorough when it came too preparing the property for sale, and it definitely payed off, the marketing was second to none and it was shown by the attendance at the first open inspection. With over 20 people requesting the section 32 on the day. At this stage Yasmine really worked hard to filter though so many offers. It all happened pretty quickly and I suspect it was a bit of a strike while the iron is hot situation. With in 3 working days Yasmine presented us with 3 offer’s that absolutely exceeded our expectations.

At the beginning when we first started out and were trying to get our air bnb up and running Yasmin happily shared her knowledge and experience on how best to present our home and also how to advertise it on the platforms. Her phone support was very useful and still is.
